Who We Are

Myrna Teck, Ph.D. is a professional art educator. Her interest in drawing and painting began as a young child. She went on to receive a B.A. (Syracuse University, 1958) in Fine Arts and Psychology.

Nancy Kotz holds a B.A (Skidmore College, 1984) in Art History and Business as well as a Certificate in Nonprofit Management (Georgetown University, 2011).

Joanna Homrighausen writes and teaches at the intersection of sacred text, lettering arts, and scribal crafts. A Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Religion (Hebrew Bible) at Duke University.

Richard Rivin is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia, and a past President of the Jewish Museum and Cultural Center there. He attended Harvard College and the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Architecture.

Robert Barkin has professional communications and management experience.

Kara Klein is an accomplished art education specialist with a wealth of experience under her belt.
